Nizwa University is one of the leading universities in Oman and the country’s first private non-profit university, located in the city of Nizwa, Al Dakhiliyah Governorate. The university was established in 2004 and, due to an acceptance rate of more than 90% for international students, is one of the best destinations for those interested in studying abroad without a very strong résumé. The university admits students at the bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral levels in more than 85 fields of study.
